Property Administration control
All access is via the internet. Operators, regardless of the property size, can maximize sales by getting the best out of the system because it is incredibly easy to make changes. Even inexperienced operators can use the system. Each property sets its own business rules.


Master Administration Control
In addition to individual property managers having login access to administration control, Globeres can provide a central control point such as chain head office or regional tourism centre with a master login to make changes on behalf of properties


Inventory management
Properties can set and change their inventory levels for both short and longer terms OR Close out, at any time. The inventory can be changed for any and each room type, helping to maximize room sales and yield. Further yield management is available by properties choosing certain dates on which to have minimum night stay requirements e.g. minimum 3 night stay at Easter


Rates management
Rates can be changed for any room type for both short and longer terms. Properties can select higher rates for peak periods or set their new annual rates in just a few seconds….incredibly easy and fast.

Rates can be set for up to 5 years if a property so chooses. Each property can vary how far into the future they want rates and availability viewed by consumers.

Rates can be viewed in an additional 5 currencies…great for hotels with a large market of international visitors.

Local taxes, such as a GST or VAT, can be either included or Globeres can calculate them as additional.


Packages management
Properties can create their own packages and set their availability in just a few minutes.

Globeres enables packages to have 3rd party inclusions such as meals, Harbour cruise tickets and theatre tickets.


Reservations and reports
Reservations can be retrieved by name, date of booking, date of arrival or booking number

All reservations are made under secure 128bit SSL encryption

Export marketing reports to different formats such as Excel

All reservations and cancellations are confirmed to the guest and the property instantly by email.
